








Hydrogreen Team
Hydrogreen Team is a team made up of students from all faculties of the Lublin University of Technology, such as Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering, and Management. All members share a passion for new technologies and the construction of vehicles whose energy source is alternative fuels such as hydrogen 🫧 and electricity⚡️.
The team is divided into several sections that can focus on specific tasks and parts of the vehicle, so that the design is refined in every detail. The team includes the Electrical, Mechanical and Marketing departments which are always open for innovative and resolute ideas and partnerships 😉.
We are connected by continous efforts to improve our project and so ourselves.
6th place in Prototype H2 and the Spirit Award in 2026!
In June 24 to 28, 2026, Hydrogreen achieved sixth place in the Prototype H2 category and received the prestigious Spirit Award for the team’s selfless support, determination, and commitment to the competition community.
Throughout the event, we shared our knowledge and experience, helped other teams overcome technical difficulties, and supported Polish teams taking part in the competition for the first time. Whenever spare parts, tools, or assistance were needed, we were ready to lend a hand. The award also recognised our ability to maintain high morale and remain united in the face of technical problems, setbacks, and unexpected challenges. Despite the difficulties, we continued working, supporting one another, and refusing to give up.
For us, this distinction proves that success is measured not only by results on the track, but also by teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, and the willingness to help others. We are proud to represent Lublin University of Technology and the Polish engineering community with these values.
Hydros is a prototype of ecological three-cycle vehicle with two front swivel wheels and single rear drive wheel. Electrical engine powered by batteries serves s a power unit. This vehicle was constructed with “minimal overall losses” motto in mind. That’s why Hydros can boast to be both lightweight, aerodynamic and fast.
